NAVFAC is requesting we re-look at our prices and try to reduce the total price, they have canceled the Auditorium, Lockers, both double high and single Please re-look at your Proposals and see if there is any cost savings. Amendment 6 & 7 is in the Files room The work includes a 10,000 square foot, two story addition to Building #1, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) in Portland, Oregon. The addition will include an auditorium, locker rooms, classroom, and office spaces, a two stop elevator, and incidental related work. Project bid options include: Base Bid: Work within gridline 3/A-C to 7/A-C, including structure, exterior walls, all other building elements, site work and associated work within the existing building are part of the base scope. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
