| Description | To improve the inventory replenishment system in 59 MDOG by outfitting Room 1L-021 with a high density shelving system. The majority of the shelving will be configured for a 2-bin Kanban process. The project consists of two overall requirements: (1) deliver and install high density shelving which can be easily adjusted to accommodate various sizes of consumable products used in an inpatient hospital and outpatient clinics, and (2) install new shelving. |
