Description

Question End Date 5/9/2022 5:00 PM Insurance Required Yes A. The scope of work is to provide construction management services for a new approximately 11,000 sf classroom addition serving 5th and 6th grade, as well as parking lot modification, and basketball court replacement. B. The Classroom Addition will be located on the East side of the existing school and connected with a Citory Canopy System. C. Construction is planned to start by September 2022 with completion no later than June 2023. D. The working budget is approximately $5 million. E. The District will be using a prototype design. The conceptual details will be issued as an Exhibit and full design will be issued after the CM is awarded. scheduled for April 18. The construction manager will be expected to work collaboratively with the designer during the preconstruction phase. F. The scope of work includes the following components: a. Eight classrooms with shared restrooms b. Dedicated office to fit at least (3) support staff coaches c. Fixtures, furniture, and equipment d. Two adult restrooms e. Parking lot and drop off loop modifications f. New basketball court realigned to the classroom addition g. Site considerations that will be developed during the design phase h. Structural Pavilion to cover half of the new basketball court G. The construction manager will be actively involved in community engagement activities. These will include, but not be limited to: a. Providing, updating and managing content for District communication b. Attending and providing content for community meetings
