Description This project involves improvements to Thompson St, Anderson St and 2nd Ave between Route 202 and the NJ Transit Railroad Crossing, AND Fifth St between 1st Ave & Anderson St and Farrand St between 1st and 2nd Aves. The work includes the 16,750 SY Milling (total, all roads) and Overlay with 1,975 Tons 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" thick with areas of Base Repair as determined in the field after milling operations. 1,800 LF of concrete curb and 1,800 SY of concrete sidewalk and aprons will also be replaced within the limits of work in conformance with ADA standards. Uniformed officers will be utilized while the roadway is closed during milling and paving operations. Traffic control for all other activities will be addressed through the use of flaggers.
