Description

The building has approximately 365,000 sq ft. with an enrollment of 1,452 students. It will be the responsibility of the vendor to provide general daily cleaning, summer deep cleaning, restoration cleaning, and emergency cleaning services for viral/bacterial outbreaks at this location, in keeping with high standards for an educational institution from the perspective of sanitation, public relations, protection of the physical facility, and occupants.
