| Description | Shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory replacement of the existing waterline. Work is to consist of but not limited to: Removal of: existing 6-inch water line and bridge support brackets.
