321 RV Park Expansion

Project consists of a campground expansion for 321 RV Park LLC , 2100 HW Farm Road, Maiden, NC 28650. This bid will be for Phase 1. The Owner is seeking qualified contractor. The contractor must possess a state utilities license and have experience in the area of construction and be able to provide a detailed bid that includes labor, materials and other costs associated with the project. Bids are to be broken down into three separate bids and include a total bid. The three bid categories are: Storm Drainage, Sewer, Water and Total.
