Water Storage Tank Improvement

The Project consists of the construction of a new 0.3 MG bolted steel potable water storage tank, and associated sitework, waterline piping, and appurtenances. Est. Completion Date: May 15, 2023 Site Directions: 3536 SE Nelson Wayside Drive, Waldport, Oregon. Location map is on drawing G001 A non-mandatory pre-bid open-house & site inspection for prospective bidders will be held at the project site (3536 SE Nelson Wayside Drive) between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM local time on May 2, 2023. The work site is in secured area that will be open during this time for inspection. Bidders are welcome to arrive for inspection of the facilities at any time during the open house. Parking at the facility is very limited. Therefore, bidders are encouraged to stagger visitations rather than all arriving at 12:00PM. There will be no formal meeting that starts at 12:00 PM. Any prospective bidder not attending the pre-bid open house will be fully responsible for making separate arrangements with the City of Waldport for access to examine the project site. In the event that the prospective bidder fails to coordinate such separate access with the City of Waldport, the bidder will be fully responsible for any and all information affecting the cost, progress or performance of the work that could have been obtained by such a pre-bid inspection visit.
