CCTV Maintenance Van Nuys DMV DSO

Contractor's Full Business Name, hereafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance services for the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system, and provide as-needed technical support services for the CCTV System at the Van Nuys DMV Driver Safety Office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. The bidder shall possess a valid C-7 or C-10 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB) The services shall be performed at: 6150 Van Nuys Blvd., Ste. 205, Van Nuys, CA 91401. The awarded contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to one-hundred-percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the contract if the awarded contractor's total bid amount exceeds $25,000.00 Question Deadline 09/06/2023 at 10:30 AM PT
