For Construction Work, HVAC Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work, Provide Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements, Building 92, Bedford Hills Correctional Facility, 247 Harris Road, Bedford Hills (Westchester County), NY. Prospective Bidders must phone a minimum of 72 Hours in advance of the pre-bid site visit with the name of the individual who will attend. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only contractors that schedule a visit prior to the 72 Hour notification period will be allowed to participate in the PreBid Site Visit. All prospective bidders shall phone Office of General Services, Mathew Vondras 914-666-0889 to schedule their Pre-Bid Site Visit. The Pre-Bid Site Visit will take place on 12/1/2021. Each visit allows for a maximum of 10 participants to gain access to the project site. All prospective bidders will be limited to 1 participant each. The designated times are: 12/1/2021 @ 8:00 AM, 12/1/2021 @ 10:00 AM, 12/1/2021 @ 1:00 PM.
