Cold Spring Bus Garage, 1547 Michigan Ave. Buffalo, NY 14209. The work provides for exterior concrete panel rehabilitation and exterior man door replacement around the facility. Frontier Bus Garage, 1000 Military Rd. Tonawanda, NY 14217. The work provides for exterior masonry rehabilitation, exterior T-Beam rehabilitation, and exterior man door replacement around the facility. Base Bid (Year 1) work shall include, but not be limited to: Year 1: Roof Replacement and Masonry Rehabilitation at the Cold Spring Storage building. Masonry Rehabilitation at the Babcock Street Bus Garage. Options to the Base Bid shall include: Year 2: Exterior Man door Replacement at the Frontier Bus Garage. Exterior Man door Replacement at the Babcock Street Bus Garage. Year 3: Masonry Restoration and T-Beam Restoration at the Frontier Bus Garage. Year 4: Exterior Man door Replacement at the Cold Spring Bus Garage. Year 5: Concrete Panel Restoration at the Cold Spring Bus Garage.
