| Description | The general scope is as follows: Provide new underground hot and chilled water pipework. New pipework will be pre-insulated pipes. The pre-insulated pipework will extend up into the Mechanical Room and will connect to the existing interior pipework. There is some interior rework of the pipework to make the connections. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS 143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 000900 of the Project Manual.
