Museum Storage Building for Bell County

As of March 14, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Bell County (the "County" or "Owner") seeks Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Construction of the project described below. The successful Contractor will contract directly with the County and will work cooperatively with the County and the Architect to successfully complete the full scope of the Project within the project budget and on schedule. All questions and responses and additional information will be included in the addendum, which will be posted on the Bell County webpage/Purchasing through the County's electronic procurement solutions website with IonWave Technologies at https://bellcountytx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx This project will consist of one building that includes museum-quality storage, an open flex space, office space, restrooms, and a large conference/meeting room at the east end of the proposed building that will be shared by Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District and the County. The building will be owned by Bell County. The proposed site is located in the Belton Industrial Park at 700 Kennedy Court, Belton Texas 76513.
