The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the East Ramp Storm Water Diversion project located at Willow Run Airport (YIP). The project includes removal and replacement of Air Operations Area (AOA) aircraft apron pavement and removal and reinstallation of storm sewer.
