| Description | Replacement of the roof shingles and underlayment located at 23 Firestone Lane, Clifton Park, New York Vender is responsible for removal of existing roof. Square footage will be vendor responsibility at site visit. The shingles and under lament I.E felt paper. Any construction waste is to be removed at vendors cost. If any plywood decking is water damaged replace in kind. All new drip edge will be installed throughout. Two layers of ice and water shield from the eve up and around all edges of entire house. Ice and water shield will be required in all valleys. The installation of 30lb felt will be required for the rest of exposed roof decking. Install Owens Corning Oakridge 32.8-Sq Ft Estate Gray Laminated Architectural Roof Shingles 671428 or equivalent. The chimney will be stepped flashed with appropriate flashing. At the end of each workday vendor will do a magnet sweep for loose nails and other debris. |
