Demolition of Buildings

IL-53-1/Murphysboro Work consists of abatement of existing floor tile, mastic, insulation, and siding. Demolish and dispose of existing buildings, including concrete slabs, foundation walls, footings, utilities, parking areas, and corresponding walks. Regrade yard area for proper drainage. Fine grade, seed, and straw areas where the existing buildings were removed. Place new walks where parking areas were removed. IL-53-6/Grand Tower Work consists of abatement of existing floor tile, mastic, underslab ductwork, transite panels, and gypsum compound. Demolish and dispose of existing buildings including concrete slabs, foundation walls, footings, utilities, parking areas, and corresponding walks. Regrade yard area for proper drainage. Fine grade, seed, and straw areas where the existing buildings were removed.
