Architectural/Engineering Services for Public Works Office and Shops Building Project RFQ NO. P12802. Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to acquire the services of consultants for the demolition of existing structures and design of a new Public Works shop building, associated parking, and site development located on the Wilbert Vault site on the Spokane County campus.
