Commissioning Services for Farmington High School and Central Office

To provide Commissioning Services during design, construction, approval/acceptance, and post-occupancy, and to be in compliance with Connecticut Standard Guidelines for High Performance Buildings. The CxA will provide the Town with documented assurance that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, building envelope, technology, and other systems have been installed in compliance with the contract documents and specified performance guidelines.
