Mesa Unified School District No. 4 ("District") is seeking the services of a responsible and responsive vendor to provide and properly maintain front end load containers and solid waste collection services for five (5) District sites located within Chandler city limits, according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. This bid is comprised of the following locations: Jordan Center for Early Education 3320 N. Carriage Lane Chandler, AZ 85224 Pomeroy Elementary School 1507 W. Shawnee Drive Chandler, AZ 85224 Sirrine Elementary School 591 W. Mesquite Street Chandler, AZ 85225 Summit Academy Kindergarten through 6th Grade 1560 W. Summit Place Chandler, AZ 85224 Summit Academy 7th Grade through 8th Grade 1550 W. Summit Place Chandler, AZ 85224 Question Submission Deadline: November 11, 2022, 12:00pm Question Response Deadline: November 15, 2022, 2:00pm It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract, beginning on January 1, 2023 or the date of award and continuing for a period of one year, through December 31, 2023 or to the last day of the month, previous to the awarded month. (Example: If awarded on January 15, 2023, the contract would still only run through December 31, 2023). If all conditions are met during this period, this contract can be extended, if funding is available, for up to four additional one-year contracts or any portion thereof. However, no contract exists unless and until a purchase order is issued each fiscal year.
