| Description | The intent of this invitation for bids is to secure a Contractor to perform full maintenance and repairs as necessary on all Overhead Doors, on an as “needed basis”. The Gaithersburg Maintenance Facility has a total of 11 overhead doors, 7 sectional doors and 4 steel rollup doors and 16 exterior entrance doors to be covered under this agreement. Door sizes run from 8’ x 10’ to 14’ to 20’. Pricing for this work shall be lump sum for the preventative maintenance work as described here-in, and Time and Material pricing for repairs and emergency service. The work locations shall include, but are not limited to: Gaithersburg Maintenance Facility 502 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 Clarksburg Salt Dome MD 121 and IS 270, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20841 |
