Monaca Gateway Project- SR 0051 Section B52 and SR 4044 Section B03

Part 1: Part Name: PE for Monaca Gateway Project Project Description: Provide all preliminary engineering services for the operational improvements to the Pennsylvania Avenue and 17th Street (SR 0051 and SR 4044) intersection, along with stormwater and streetscape improvements along an adjacent portion of Pennsylvania Avenue (SR 4044) in Monaca Borough, Beaver County. This includes an Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) to determine if a roundabout or conventional intersection improvement would be the best solution to the traffic concerns at this location. Anticipated services may include, but are not limited to: project schedule, field surveys, research background drawings/information, research of required permits, coordination of public involvement, environmental documentation, design field view submission, constructability reviews, right-of-way investigation, potential for right of way acquisition assistance, preliminary right-of-way plan, utility coordination, SUE, preliminary roadway design, preliminary drainage design, preliminary maintenance and protection of traffic plan, preliminary geotechnical investigation and required submissions, and preliminary signing and pavement marking plan. Part 2: Part Name: FD for Monaca Gateway Project Project Description: Final design services required may include, but not be limited to: interagency permits, erosion and sedimentation control permit and plans, project schedule, final design office meeting and field view (if applicable), drainage design, roadway design, final right-of-way plan, right-of-way negotiation and acquisition services as required, utility coordination, traffic control plan, pavement marking and signing plan, safety review meeting, value engineering (if applicable), and a Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS and E) package. Part 3: Part Name: Services During Construction for Monaca Gateway Project Description: Services during construction include, but are not limited to: shop drawing review, preparation of as-built drawings, and consultation during construction. Part 4: Part Name: Other Administrative Duties Monaca Gateway Project Project Description: Other administrative activities for unforeseen work as directed by the Project Manager
