| Description | MPA is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Large Scale Construction Services in order to procure a qualified pool of general contracting firms who can perform a broad spectrum of construction services over $2 million. MPA expects to choose a minimum of three (3) firms for this pool to provide Large Scale Construction Services over a multi-year period of time. Large Scale Construction Services will be provided on an asneeded, per project, basis, and will include, but not be limited to services described herein.
