Building Demolition Services

The project work will include the demolition of the building and removal of the building debris, all contents, and grading of property once debris is removed. Provisions of the Scope of Work include but may not limited to the following: 1. Removal and disposal of asbestos and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with all rules and regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Rockingham County, and any other entities with jurisdiction. 2. It is the contractor’s responsibility to obtain any/all permits required for the project, although the Town of Timberville will provide as much assistance as possible. 3. Contractor will provide equipment necessary for the demolition and removal of building debris from site. 4. No material shall be salvaged, stored, or accumulated on the site. 5. Contractor must backfill excavation site with clean material to meet existing site grades in preparation for seeding.
