On Call Services Related to Land and Water Property Land Surveying

LWRD desires to contract with a single highly qualified firm or sole operator for the provision of on call services related to the survey work. The successful proposer should have the ability to perform all of the services in house. These services will involve: • Perform plat of surveys or CSMs on land owned by or under contract for purchase by Dane County (estimated 4-5 per year). • Perform plat of surveys for trail easements or other corridor projects (estimated 1-2 per year). • Provide a hard copy property iron and points coordinate list and compatible digital file (e.g. *.xlsx, *shp, *.dwg or *.dxf) in Dane County Coordinates. • Provide 3 hard copy surveys for each property and a digital *.pdf file • Meet staff on site to identify property lines for installation of boundary signage (estimated 4-5 per year). This may include staking the property boundary with lath or other stakes
