Description

The renovation of the existing Brittany Bay Park to include the construction of a living shoreline with the addition of riprap along a portion of the existing seawall, and the installation of an overlook within the mangroves at the water's edge. The project also includes regrading existing open areas, the replacement of the walkways, exercise equipment, lighting and the required electrical service, park furnishings and accessories, the resurfacing of the existing parking lot and the installation of new landscaping. The existing pump station building on site is excluded from the scope of work.
