Description | LACONIA HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: RANDLETT STREET SITE IMPROVEMENTS The Project includes the following Work: Remove and replace the existing walkways and resurface asphalt parking areas and entrance drive at The Orchard Hill Apartments on Randlett Street at 24-72 Randlett Street Street in Belmont, New Hampshire. Work shall commence on or about May 1, 2023 and shall be substantially complete by November 1, 2023.
