The project is generally described as renovations to the approximately 1,924 square foot Milking Barn. Renovations include replacement of the existing EPDM roof with standing seam metal roof, new windows and doors, new ADA accessible restroom and walkways, new HVAC system, LED lighting upgrades, and new finishes to both the exterior and interior.
