Description

The intent of this project is to upgrade the existing building automation system serving the downtown government complex by replacing obsolete control panels, updating superseded firmware and converting automation networks to BACnet over IP. Bids will be received for single prime. All proposals shall be lump sum. The Department of Administration reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
