The Term of this Contract is Three (3) years, with the option to extend, at NYCHA's sole discretion, for two (2) one-year periods. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers' Conference. All questions and answers will be provided to all firms that received a copy of this RFQ. NYCHA additionally recommends that Proposers e-mail questions to NYCHA's Coordinator by no later than 2:00 P.M. on August 2, 2022.
