| Description | Provide services for the removal and installation of a new sprinkler system in the Village Hall, 1. Replace entire existing dry system pipe in the attic of the Village Hall, including sprinkler heads and 4-inch bulk main. Inspect and replace as needed on other pipes and parts of the system, including a new air compressor 2. Include all necessary equipment, design, permits, labor, rough and final inspections and material cost. 3. Provide Village-approved fire protection drawings and fire protection permit as needed. 4. All new pipe to be black steel schedule 10, fittings black cast iron threaded or grooved as required by NFPA #13. 5. Sprinklers will be back-to-back dual directional and attic plus heads. 6. All design criteria to be based on NFPA #13. |
