First Street From Chico Drive (N) Alley to Tulip Drive (S) Alley Wastewater Improvements (Alley north of E Chico Drive, Alley between E Chico Drive and Marigold Drive, Alley between Marigold Drive and Sunflower Drive, Alley between Sunflower Drive and Tulip Drive, Alley between Gardenia Drive and Honeysuckle Drive, Alley between Honeysuckle Drive and Donald Drive, and along S 1st Street) This project is within the residential area east of S 1st Street and west of Broadway Boulevard. Proposed wastewater replacement limits are east of S 1st Street, north of Tulip Dr, and within existing alleys described as: Alley north of E Chico Drive, Alley between E Chico Drive and Marigold Drive, Alley between Marigold Drive and Sunflower Drive, Alley between Sunflower Drive and Tulip Drive, Alley between Gardenia Drive and Honeysuckle Drive, Alley between Honeysuckle Drive and Donald Drive, and along S 1st Street. All portions of the project are located within the corporate limits of Garland, Texas. The project includes design of approximately 5,690 linear feet of 8" wastewater main replacement by open cut, including manholes and service laterals. The project also includes approximately 1,340 square yards 6- inch concrete alley paving replacement, 850 square yards of street, driveway, and sidewalk replacements, and 3,620 square yards of gravel alley replacements. The wastewater mains are primarily located east of S 1st Street, north of Tulip Dr, and within existing alleys described as: Alley north of E Chico Drive, Alley between E Chico Drive and Marigold Drive, Alley between Marigold Drive and Sunflower Drive, Alley between Sunflower Drive and Tulip Drive, Alley between Gardenia Drive and Honeysuckle Drive, Alley between Honeysuckle Drive and Donald Drive, and along S 1st Street.
