Notice is hereby given that the Owner Parke Trails Alliance (PTA), by and through the Project Manager Mark A. Davis, will receive sealed bids for the construction of Parke Community Rail Trail Section 1, Between Lambert Avenue and Big Raccoon Creek, Florida Township, Parke County, Indiana The proposed PCRT Trail Section 1 construction portions may include the placement of sediment and erosion control, clearing, earthwork, drainage installation, placement of stone and/or asphalt trail surface, construction and installation of curb, crosswalks, pavement markings and signage in and among streets and al- leys of Rosedale. All proposals must be submitted on the prescribed State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 together with the proper forms included in the Contract Documents, the entire set of which shall be filed intact as a bid. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
