| Description | The work includes providing all labor and materials to perform various general plumbing repairs, inspections, maintenance and installation to plumbing systems. TERM. The term of this Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and expire two (2) years after MARTA provides Contractor with a written Notice to Proceed, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The term ‘Notice to Proceed’ for purposes of this Contract means a written instruction from MARTA to Contractor instructing the Contractor to commence work under this Contract. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) reserves the right to adjust or waive any insurance or bonding requirements contained in this Exhibit D.
