BonDeCroft Elementary School Additions

**As of November 21, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The White County Department of Finance, on behalf of the White County Board of Education, is soliciting bids for an addition at BonDeCroft Elementary School located at 8095 Crossville Highway in Sparta, Tennessee. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. In-lieu-of a bid bond a cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, made payable to the Owner, will be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price, or other security such as letter of credit as described in Tennessee Code Annotated 12-4-201. Bonds must be accompanied by Power of Attorney Addenda will only be issued to Bidders / Contractors who have registered with the Architect. The owner (White County) further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
