Upper 80 Road Crossings

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of two (2) concrete Low Water Crossings, stream bank and stream bed rehabilitation, and installation of streambank and streambed protection. Bids will be received for a single contract. Base bid is to include price for both crossings. Alternate is to include price for northern crossing only with all items on plan sheet C-102 being removed. The Contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses.
