Description

The Project includes the following Work: Construction of two (2) concrete Low Water Crossings, stream bank and stream bed rehabilitation, and installation of streambank and streambed protection. Bids will be received for a single contract. Base bid is to include price for both crossings. Alternate is to include price for northern crossing only with all items on plan sheet C-102 being removed. Question Deadline 01/18/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All questions must be submitted to dorjeh@castlevalleyutah.com This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The Contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority and woman-owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible Bidder will be selected The Town of Castle Valley is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
