Description | *You are required to send all bids and questions to our Project Manager, Aaron McNally. His information is listed below: Cell: 602.828.2791 Email: amcnally@ses-grp.com + estimating@hermancg.com Herman Construction Group Inc. a subsidiary company under the SES Group Of Companies was awarded this project. This is a Design-Build Project Project Background: The Defense Health Agency recognizes that the inpatient pharmacy compounding area at the 673 MDG does not comply with current U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) criteria and standards. The government is considering a single “turn-key,” performance-based project in the facility, that may include minor maintenance and system adjustments, along with small repairs encountered during equipment and component installation. The government is open and willing to consider any “outside-the box” solutions to problems with proper justification. The project consists of 3 Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs). CLIN 1 is to provide a complete design package for all work items associated with CLINs 2 – 3. The intent of CLINs 2 - 3 are to renovate and upgrade the pharmacy compounding areas to include analysis and upgrades of the existing heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The Inpatient pharmacy compounding area must be upgraded to be compliant and certified under the proposed USP <797> standards within its existing footprint. The Infusion pharmacy compounding area must be upgraded to be compliant and certified under the proposed USP <800> standards. But not limited to, please review the SOW for more details Magnitude of Construction: $2M - $5M Prevailing Wages apply. Contract Duration = 365 days |
