Historic Caretaker's Lodge Rehabilitation and Restoration Projects - VA National Cemeteries

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to perform Rehabilitation and Restoration to Historic Caretaker’s Lodges at the VA National Cemeteries in Raleigh, New Bern, and Salisbury North Carolina. The Government is considering single project advertisements, or the possibility of a combined project advertisement based on the contractor response for the below listed work. Contractor’s should indicate their response whether they would be interested in Project Area 1, Project Area 2, Project Area 3, or all Project Areas. Project Area 1: Work will take place within the Raleigh National Cemetery in Raleigh, North Carolina. Work is solely on the Caretaker’s Lodge and immediate grounds vicinity. Project Area 2: Work will take place within the New Bern National Cemetery, in New Bern, North Carolina. Work is solely on the Caretaker’s Lodge and immediate grounds vicinity. Project Area 3: Work will take place within the Historic Salisbury National Cemetery, in Salisbury, North Carolina. Work is solely on the Caretaker’s Lodge and immediate grounds vicinity.
