Description

Upgrades to the existing bus canopy and bus loop system in the existing Herndon Monroe Park and Ride facility as part of the overall site improvements for the Silver Line Metro Station, located at 12530/12528 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon. The scope of work includes repairs and refinishing of the structural steel, the underside of the metal deck, the Connector Store Kiosk booth, gutters, fascia, wind screens, upgrade of the existing lights to LED lighting, the replacement of the existing asphalt/concrete pavement to a full depth concrete pavement, mill / overlay the asphalt access road from Dulles Tool Roads to the existing garage, and replacing the roof structural steel and cladding for the previously damaged portion of the canopy.
