| Description | Demo and dispose of existing vinyl composite tile and rubber base, clean and prep concrete subfloor, and furnish and install a high traffic urethane flooring system with urethane base. Replacement of the existing floor system at the Collin County Justice Center Jail loading dock that meets the minimum requirements. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to the removal of approximately 1,110 sq ft. of existing VCT and 200 lf of rubber base, preparation of the existing concrete floor and the installation of approximately 1,570 sq. ft. urethane flooring with 256 lf of 8” urethane base. |
