| Description | The contractor shall provide a standalone airfield safety system to include an Airfield Camera system and a Bird Strike Avoidance Radar system and support services for Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Bases. The contractor shall be responsible for installation, to include site preparation (wiring, concrete, fiber optics, etc.), of the safety system, communications uplink, frequency management authorizations and activities (including completion of the "Joint Frequency Equipment Allocation Process" [also called the J/F-12 Process] per AFI 17-220 'Spectrum Management', dated 16 March 2017, and ‘Air Force Guidance Memorandum to AFI 17-220’ [AFI17-220_AFGM 2019-01, dated 21 June 2019] if not already accomplished), data management/manipulation/connectivity for the safety system. |
