New Mainline Toll Plaza Facility Utility Buildings, Toll Booths and Canopies - Milepost 211 and Milepost 239

Miscellaneous site improvements and utilities; new construction of two utility buildings, toll islands and booths, two canopies, prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge, concrete pavement and curbing, earthwork, storm drainage, water line work, sanitary sewer work, grading, seeding, SWPPP management, underground electric and communication lines, overhead gantries and sign structures, temporary traffic control, building standby electric generator, plumbing, heating, ventilation system, air conditioning, electrical, communication, and other work incidental to these major items as shown on the drawings and/or specified in the Specifications and these Special Provisions. The renovation of four existing toll booths is located at the existing Toll Plaza 239 (also known as Eastgate Toll Plaza) in Mahoning County. The renovation work includes replacing the outside metal panels, interior FRP, flooring, cabinetry, heating / air conditioning, ventilation system, electrical, communication and other incidental work.
