Provide the labor, materials, and equipment to install traffic calming improvements including asphalt concrete speed tables, traffic delineators, new signs and sign posts, and associated pavement markings; demolition and removal of existing concrete sidewalk, curbs, and curb ramps; installing and maintaining temporary erosion control BMPs; construction of new concrete sidewalk, curbs, and curb ramps; and providing traffic control for the construction of proposed improvements in Waimanalo, Oahu.
