Description

This project includes repairing or replacing existing concrete structures related to the Flood Control System (FCS) in Cumberland, MD and Ridgeley, WV. The work shall occur across six (6) locations of the city, which will each require a separate mobilization. The locations and description of work include: 1. Dry Run Detention Dam, locally referred to as “The Bullpen” 2. Replacing a section of the concrete apron slab within the “Bullpen 3. Painting the trash rack on outside of “Bullpen 4. Replacing the concrete gutter located above the downstream retaining wall 5. Repairing spalls in concrete cap of the downstream retaining wall 6. Repairing a joint in the downstream retaining wall, and 7. Repairing a crack in the entrance to the Dry Run conduit. 8. Riverside Park (off of Greene Street 1. Repairing an existing flood control wall. 2. Knox Street box culver 3. Repairing a section of deteriorated conduit. 4. Mill Race valve station 5. Replacing a section of cracked retaining wall 6. Installation of a concrete gutter.
