RFP Design - Rattlesnake Rest Area

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or Offerors for the purpose of hiring a contractor who will aggressively pursue a schedule to plan, design, furnish plans, acquire permitting, and provide construction oversight for the construction of a new tandem rest area (2 buildings) to be constructed at north and south side of I-40 current site of Rattlesnake Rest area 10 miles east of Moriarty and 13 miles west of Clines Corner.
