| Description | Aldine ISD is requesting sealed requests for proposals for a responsible and qualified vendor capable of the following scope of work which may include, but is not limited to: 1. Repairing various built up roofs on district buildings including services, equipment and parts. 2. Diagnosing potential problems with expansion joint, eyebrows, gutters, roof lines etc. for potential leaks when deemed necessary. This shall include water testing of leaks to determine their location for repair and re-testing to ensure they no longer leak. 3. Repairing canopies awning for old and new temporary building installations. 4. Providing all other work and services typically performed by a Roof Patch crew. The successful bidder must be able to obtain city permits as required. | ||
