Property Management Services

Provide services to maintain both vacant parcels and improved properties under the direction of authorized Oakland County staff. This would include but is not limited to: • providing 24-hour availability for emergency or security calls • lawn mowing • snow and ice removal • boarding up vacant structures • roof tarping • removing hazardous and potentially dangerous objects or elements from the property • pest control • turning off and securing water and utilities • trash removal • water pump out • inspection • securing a pool • lock change utilizing keyless lock or hasp system • dumping or brush clean up • tree trimming and removal • and any other services required to maintain properties in a safe and secure condition. • Demolition services may also be required. • Commercial property needs may vary to include tenant management, a feasibility study to determine barriers to market readiness, as well as marketing.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 41 -	Material Processing and Handling Equipment.
