The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary or convenient to the successful completion of the project and the carrying out of all the duties and obligations imposed by the contract upon the contractor. The department shall administer this contract in accordance with all applicable federal regulations, state statutes and rules14 along with the plans, specifications and provisions, which are incorporated into and found elsewhere in this contract. Site Directions: CSAH 75/2nd Street South between Trunk Highway 15 and Cooper Avenue in St. Cloud Description: Approximate major items of work are: Aggregate Base Class 6 1,173 TON; Bituminous Surfacing 24,125 TON; Reconstruct Drainage Structures 28 EACH; Concrete Walk 1,201 SF; Concrete Curb and Gutter 5,993 LF; Pavement Markings 18,399 LF. A minimum goal of 10.3 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
