One (1) New Reel Grinder and One (1) New Bedknife Grinder for the City of Cheyenne Golf Division. Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier's check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
