Chambers Plaza Library Renovation

The Chambers Plaza Library Renovation project is a minor renovation project that includes but is not limited to: 1. Demolish center non-load bearing wall and repair ceiling grid to match 2. Add an Information Technology closet 3. Replace damaged and discolored ceiling tiles 4. Repair interior walls, patch and paint 5. Replace drinking fountain with new electric water cooler 6. Replace flooring throughout the East section to match the rest of the building 7. Install new outlets and rough-in for network drop locations 8. Provide and install new doors and hardware 9. Provide panic hardware at designated exterior doors 10. Install concrete pad at book drop location.
