| Description | The project will replace the existing domestic water heater/ boiler (Raypak) and 500 gallon storage tank/tube bundle with new 2000 MBH Aerco Benchmark high efficiency boilers and new double wall plate/frame heat exchangers providing 100% redundancy to the system for system maintenance. Also, the existing Weil McLain 2000 MBH building heating water boiler will be removed and replaced. This will allow the building and domestic hot water system to operate with a total of four (4) 2000 MBH Aerco benchmark boilers at peak loads with one (1) boiler acting as redundant for both systems. Equipment is located within the ground floor mechanical room. |
